1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Vocarax (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA). You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your content

You own the audio, transcripts, and cards you create. You grant Vocarax a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, transcode, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service and, where you choose, to make your shared cards publicly accessible.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive content.
  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate spam or fraud.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Creator, Pro) bill monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for our 7-day money-back guarantee.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive termination.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocarax will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vocarax against third-party claims arising from your content or your misuse of the Service.

10. Governing law
